CREDIT UNION Dear Billy Nobles [manager, Danella Structured Cabling], I am writing this letter to commend two of your employees, Dave Kleebauer and Rafael Pujol, on the excellent job they did on the cabling project recently completed for our company. The quality of the work was superb, extremely neat, and completed on schedule. Even with last minute items that we had to add to the project, Dave and Rafael were able to get the job done and done right. We have been working with Dave and Rafael for several years now and have been extremely satisfied with the work they have done for us. Whether it is a simple service call or a major project (like a new branch) Dave and Rafael have completed each job in a manner which far exceeds our expectations. They have also made recommendations to help us with cable cleanup and management which really made a difference in my PBX room. I am so impressed with their work and service that I have recommended them to another credit union that was looking for a cabling company. We will continue to use Danella for our cabling needs based on the quality of work the Dave and Rafael complete for us. COCOA, FLORIDA I can honestly say that during my 30 plus years in the technology arena the service provided and the work performed by Mr. Nobles and his team is unparalleled in the structured cabling industry. Billy Nobles actually responded to an emergency service call at our Emergency Operations Center during the landfall of Hurricane Frances to replace the Nortel telephone system that was destroyed by a faulty generator connection. Without the help and service that we received from Mr. Nobles, our entire emergency operations center for the city would have been unable to communicate effectively with other government agencies and employees during the storm event. There have also been numerous time that Mr. Nobles and his team have gone the "extra mile" and performed tasks or provided services that went well beyond the scope of what other companies in the industry would be willing to do for us.
